Really happy with Kendamil! quality formula my baby loves, and the monthly subscription delivery is so convenient, arrives right on time every month. Had an issue with one order and their customer service sorted it out quickly and kindly. Highly recommend!

Horrible company to deal with!! If anything goes wrong with your order youve had it. Their call centres are all American. They told me they couldn't refund me because I hadnt spent enough money with them. So cos my order was less than £40 they told me they couldn't refund me. My baby became allergic to the proteins and sugars in their milk. I had an account and it forced me in to a subscription service I struggled to cancel. The call centre staff are really rude!! All this company are interested in is taking your money thats it!! I have found that the other milk my son is now on is far better than Kendamil and its well over sold as to how good it is. Its not any better than any other milk thats out there and if you dont want an order they dont accept refunds!! Cos I was told they would have to dispose of the milk?? It was all still sealed in the box!! Jokers are this company!! This milk isnt as pure as what people think it is. Its got an overly sticky feel to it and i fed my newborn on their pre made bottles. They didn't deserve my business!! Horrible company Horrible!! Money grabbers!!!

Baby has been using ready to feed since day 1 and he likes it, no problems at all with his tummy, been healthy and gaining weight at 6 weeks!! Also keeping some stocks of ready to drink bottles when we go out and its very convenient for moms like me who sometimes go out alone, can feed the baby anytime anywhere!!

I have purchased directly from Kendamil twice now and no issues whatsoever. Great delivery service, prompt and great communication! My baby has been using Kendamil from birth and we are pleased with the care and attention that Kendamil put into what they do.

My baby started off on Kendamil very well putting on weight and thriving in feeds, however recently he’s been sick after feeds, screaming In pain with his stomach after feeds and issues with constipation then runny poo’s, I have since found out Kendamil no longer produce in the UK but now in Europe other mums are reporting the same issues which is not a coincidence, sort this out Kendamil you report to have not changed the formula but something is recently wrong with your product, this is for Kendamil original and comfort I have had poor recent experience with, such a shame that I am now having to change to another product and brand

The Kendamil infant formula is brilliant for newborns. It dissolves easily, has no lumps, and my lil one really enjoys it.
It's easy to order, and delivery is incredibly fast and very well packed. My second order and more to come.

Since trying one of the ‘new’ formula tubs (now produced in France- awful as the usp of Kendamil has always been that it’s produced in the Lake District), our 5 month old has started being sick. Previously no issues and we were very happy with our choice of formula. Disappointing also as the product is harder to mix. Will be changing to another formula
