Thanks for taking the time to leave us a 5-star review! It's great to hear you love our products, but I'm sorry to hear you don't like DHL. To be honest we just had to make a switch away from Royal Mail's second class service - they're about to start delivering every other day, which just isn't good enough for our customers. We're now paying over £6 per parcel for DHL Express next day delivery service, which really stings, but to be fair so far we've been really impressed. At least we won't have Royal Mail taking nearly three weeks to deliver some of our parcels this Christmas - we hope!
