Domestic & General provided excellent service from start to finish. Booking an engineer was quick and easy, and the engineers were professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. They kept their promise to replace my product when it couldn't be repaired, making the whole process hassle-free. I'm very pleased with the service and would happily recommend them.

It was very good everything
It was very good everything was straight forward within a week I had my fridge freezer replacement. Am so glad I insured my fridge freezer with them.

Seamless experience
Seamless experience. Delivered at 7am. Unfortunately although old appliance was taken away ( extra cost) they never unpacked new appliance nor took packaging away With them .

Damaged replacement
Item got delivered damaged and dented took 48 hours for you to ok a replacement and I still have to wait 5 days for new one so 10 days in total not good

Always ask what is the best price don't take renewal price phoning them…
Price seemed high so after phoning them gave me a loyalty discount as well as pensioner discount. Which reduced the price considerably. If you have been with them for a long time ask them what is the best price.

I would not insure my appliances with…
I would not insure my appliances with anyone else, having done work for Domestic and General, I know that they are a reliable company, who does exactly as their policy states.
On this occasion, my dishwasher failed and the repair could not be effected within their 14 days period, so the appliance was replaced.
