From booking the engineer to ordering my replacement item everything went to plane. When ordering new item rhe fact I could get my broken item removed and new one installed made the little extra payment worth it. The delivery was on time and all completed extremely fast.

This was my first visit to a store as I have only purchased online in the past. (No stores on Northern Ireland). I really enjoyed seeing the products that I have been looking at and made my purchase.

Recently purchased a waves hot tub for my disabled son. He absolutely loves it. Itvwas easy to set up and we have had no problems with it (expect the weather). We look forward to getting lots of use out of it. Thanks Nuy for helping.
