The product came in a timely manner and is very good quality! I love the shoes I ordered.

I’ve ordered from Galartsy several times before and had excellent experiences. This time, however, I reordered some pillowcases and the second I pressed order, I got an email offering a substantial discount. I went to cancel and reorder but quickly found there was no way to cancel. Finally, frustrated, I emailed customer service, but didn’t hear from them until the next day. She basically said she put through a request to cancel, but wasn’t sure it might be too late. That was a week ago. No more word, they still have my money, and no order has arrived. I am NOT happy. There needs to be a way to cancel an order. That would have solved everything. The customer service rep could have offered to credit me the difference, and that would have satisfied me. Instead I get indifference then silence and no pillowcases in sight.

The delivery process took far too long. I understand that some orders may take long due to the amount of items ordered, but I purchased only ONE item on the 22nd of October. Its been 8 days, and it STILL hasn’t left the origin country. I have no comment on the quality of the item because I haven’t received it yet, and have only received the review emails for my order.

I received the product, yes. It was of decent quality, but definitely not top quality shoe you’d expect from a well known brand. The shoes didn’t fit unfortunately so i had to return. They require you email them and send photos of the shoes and packaging before they give you the address to send it to. You have to pay return shipping. I did that, and the package got re-routed back to me by UPS because the package wasn’t deliverable to the provided address. I emailed galartsy about this and they said they’d look into it but that was over two weeks ago and they aren’t responding to follow ups.

I am trying to talk with them. They dont answer.

Do not buy from this store!

I bought an expensive jacket. The cut is awful and the quality is terrible—very disappointing considering the price.

If you want to return an item, you have to contact customer service first, but they never answer. After nearly a month, they finally replied and told me that I am now past the 2-week deadline, so I can no longer return it.

I am pretty sure that's a common scam. Do not buy!

For the price I paid, I feel like I will never find anything better.
The shoes I bought are not only stylish but also comfortable, and seem like they will last a long time.

I bought these sneakers for my grandsons birthday. He loves your stuff.

He wears a size 13 so I ordered these sneakers size 13-13.5 which is the largest size you carry.

Unfortunately, they are a bit tight on him. I had him take them to a shoe repair shop to see if they can stretch them a little bit for him. Otherwise, he won’t be able to wear them!

Needless to say, I’m very disappointed. I’ve never had an issue buying him size 13 sneakers.

I received two watch bands and only need one. How can i return one?
