Had the absolute worst experience…
Had the absolute worst experience ordering from this company on TikTok. I ordered two pairs of sweatpants through them last year on TikTok and had no issues, still love my pants. Saw a new design on TikTok that I loved and ordered mid October with an extimated delivery by Oct 24th. Package arrived in my state and then suddenly the tracking was stuck in the same spot. It's November 2nd and I still did not have my order. I requested a refund which was recieved but since I received that refund the pants went up in price $25 dollars from the price I ordered them at. I tried reaching out to customer service to see if I could please just reorder at the price I originally paid because I never received my order and on TikTok they only have an AI agent replying to customer service messages, so I repeatedly received the exact same message again and again saying "Promotions are time sensitive, if you'd like to order , do so at the current price", zero acknowledgement that the only reason why I didn't get my order at the previous price is because the courier service they selected lost the package. Unbelievable. I would never order from here again.

My second hoodie I received wasnt the quality of the first one i received . Poor fabric , and animation, didnt even look like the same company. Im really saddened by how much money i spent and didnt get the same type of product i recieved before. I will not order again.

Worst online ordering experience of my…
Worst online ordering experience of my life and I will NEVER do business with this company again. Placed an order for a bday gift and paid extra for fastest shipping, only to spend 3 weeks in back and forth emails to find out the order was coming fron China!! And to my not surprise its never arrived despite the tracking supposed claiming it has 4 weeks after my order. Completely useless and liar staff of customer service!!! AWFUL AWFUL AND I NEED MY MONEY BACK!!
