Excellent customer service

Although I put the wrong shipping address for my order and it was returned back to the shipper Bareline has been extremely helpful with updates and quick replies turning an otherwise unknown situation into one I can know ill be kept up to date about!

The 3 jeans i ordered are honestly the best jeans i’ve bought from any clothing store. They’re very high quality, fit just right on the waist so i dont even need a belt. Today was the first day of school and i wore barelines paint splatter jeans. I got lots of compliments on my outfit. I will definitely be buying more clothes soon.

Very well made clothes. The heavy denim allows the pants to keep their shape. These are my favorite pants that I own and I will definitely be buying more. I 100% recommend this brand to anyone wanting to add onto their wardrobe.

Initially ordered but they fit too big, had no problems with the return process, support helped me exchange for a smaller size and was very responsive kind and professional, very easy to work with and will be ordering again

I Ordered some Super baggy sweat pants a size up and they fitted perfectly for my baggy fit. Though the ship time may not be optimal the heavy quality of the pants make up for it. Also the jorts I ordered were very good quality and the size fit.

They responded really fast I emailed because I had put the wrong payment method and they were able to cancel my order and give me a full refund
around 2 in the morning and they responded around 8 in the morning

My experience shopping with bareline was actually really good. Everything about the clothes, such as the material, the way it fits perfectly, sits on my shoes very nicely and other things. The time it took to get to my house wasnt long at and actually came a bit early. I think that bareline is a great brand. Good for just casual fits and good all around. And thats my experience with bareline.

Their jeans are some of my favorite jeans to wear since I received them, the black selvedge jeans, and all the other jeans that they have, fit on the body really nicely. Furthermore, their customer service is extremely professional and enthusiastic.

I have highly recommended Bareline to my friend and I always get compliments for my jeans and questions on where I got them.

It’s has good texture and has good shape

It took forever to get to me because it came from China. It told me I was past the 14 day window, but the site says 14 days after receipt. I received them on the 22, and today, 6 days later on Aug 28, the system won't let me return them! $60 down the drain. The whole site is janky, but it's straight up fraud. Had I not checked, it could've Jedi mind-tricked me into thinking I was late. I took screenshots to prove it.

The jeans are great customer service is great the quality and fit is perfect i got size 28 im 5’9 130lbs i highly suggest for baggy but perfect fitting jeans the waist is true to size i will for-sure be buying more

Overall I had a really good experience they had really good communication as I emailed them everytime and they would respond within a day or two but beware the shipping will take a bit but it is worth the wait due to how good the quality and the fitting of the jeans are really good thick material like I expected and the fitting was perfect it sat on my shoes just right. Really good jeans and really good brand overall

Order came and it fit true to size. Baggy jet black sweats fit comfortably, and look great if you like non-tapered sweatpants. Baby Tee fits amazing and shows definition to my arms while still being comfortable. VERY high quality material, although the sweatpants do feel a little heavy but do not sag if you tighten it with the rope inside. Overall, Looks 9.5/10, Comfort 8.5/10, and Price 10/10 as you simply will not find as good of quality of clothing for the same price (sales events really bring down the cost)

Loved my whole cart, but im still waiting for their mistake to be corrected, got sent selvedge denim when I asked for stone wash black, this was a month ago and I really need my jeans nowwwwwwwww 😀😀😀

Slow processing. Unreliable shipping expectations. Poor sizing options. Frustrating customer service. Restrictive refund policies.

Honestly, the entire experience was extremely disappointing. I expected the level of service and reliability you’d associate with a premium American denim brand, but instead it felt much more like dealing with a drop-shipping retailer that simply has strong marketing.

The biggest issue wasn’t just the delays—it was the lack of clear communication and the feeling that customers are left to chase the company for basic updates. Add limited refund options and sizing that doesn’t offer much flexibility, and the overall experience becomes incredibly frustrating.

The advertising may make the brand look premium, but the actual customer experience did not live up to that image at all.

Buyer beware. Do yourself a favor and read every return, refund, shipping, and sizing policy carefully before placing an order. Don’t assume the experience will match what the marketing promises.

My teens always get their pants from here! They are true to size and great quality. They last and we haven't had any issues. Their friends have started ordering from here as well!

Amazing! Ordered pants for my son... and then he changed his mind on the size. Emailed to see if could cancel the ordered and reorder the right size, and customer service said not to worry and the updated the order to the correct size without needing anything further!
