Hokuro review
Ordered 3 shirts from them, I wasn't too sure about this brand since from what I've read online it could have been a scam but it's quite real, the shirts have great designs, great quality and they're very comfortable. Shipping took a bit longer than announced but not too long and the price is a bit high in my opinion apart from that everything is great

The material has changed from before
The material has changed from before. I feel like they are thinner and not ass thick. Besides that I am excited for my purchases. Some of the images ass well. But still one of my favorite sites for workout shirts

Hi Troy,
Thank you for being such a loyal customer, and for the honest feedback! We’re sorry the fabric didn’t feel quite like your earlier pieces, and we’ll pass your comments on the material and the prints to the team so we can keep our standards consistent.
It means a lot to hear we’re still one of your favorite spots for workout shirts. Enjoy your new pieces!

Hi Ognjen,
We’re sorry for the wait, 15 days is longer than it should have been and we understand the frustration. Some orders were held up by an unexpected surge in demand on our new designs, which caused dispatch delays we deeply regret.
The good news is that your order was delivered yesterday, so it should already be with you. We hope everything arrived in good shape and that you’re happy with it.

Order took 20 business days and terrible quality
Order took 20 business days to get to my home, after one wash, one of my shirts has already faded and lost part of its graphic, just tore off in the washer. Very cheaply made and the cost is way too high.

Hi Jonah,
We’re truly sorry about this. Waiting 20 business days and then seeing a graphic come off after a single wash is not the experience we want for anyone, and we understand why it feels like poor value for the price. Honestly, this isn’t the kind of feedback we’re used to receiving, as most of our customers are very happy with how their pieces hold up. It sounds like that shirt slipped through our quality control, which should never happen.
We’d like to look into this and make it right. Please reach out to us at support@hokuroclothing.com with a photo of the shirt and we’ll find the best solution for you.

Hi Abhishek,
We’re really sorry about the wait, and about the review request landing before your order even arrived. That timing was clearly off and we understand how frustrating it must have felt after a month.
Some orders were held up by an unexpected surge in demand on our new designs, which caused dispatch delays we deeply regret. Everything is now back in order and your package is on its way to you.
We’ve just reached out to you directly so please check your inbox, and we’ll follow up closely until your order is safely in your hands.

This was definitely the fastest order…
This was definitely the fastest order I've received ( 5th one so far ) I can't say enough good things about hokuro. The quality of the shirts are always top notch . Blasting them in the wash and none of them have faded one bit. I did have slight issue with one of my pairs of shorts , I emailed them and send pictures and they promptly send me a brand new pair on them . Great customer service, great product

Poor print quality on this item
The quality of the print on this order was very poor. Looks so blurry. Not sure how you let this shirt go out when it looks nothing like the picture online

Hi Mr Pcoat,
We’re really sorry about this. A blurry print that looks nothing like the photos on our site is not what we want anyone to receive, and honestly it’s not the kind of feedback we’re used to getting. It sounds like this shirt slipped through our quality control, which should never happen.
We’d like to make this right. Please reach out to us at support@hokuroclothing.com with a photo of the shirt and we’ll find the best solution for you.

T-shirt bought for my son’s birthday
T-shirt bought for my son’s birthday; he chose it. He has bought before & they are always great quality & fit. Delivery did take 9 days & did arrive on his birthday, but he said that is the normal turnaround time, so we were expecting that. All good ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Sorry the fabric felt lighter than you were hoping for, that’s useful feedback and we’ll pass it along to the team.
Different pieces in our range have different weights, so we’ll look at making that clearer on each product page.
