Well I love ordering from UA they have some beautiful uniforms and they arrive on time. Sometimes the price can be a bit high so that’s why I buy when I can I’m a CNA and i’m on a budget.

Disappointing Customer Service and…
Disappointing Customer Service and Expedited Shipping Failure
I am extremely disappointed with my experience ordering from Uniform Advantage.
I placed an order on October 20, 2026, totaling $72.33, including an additional $9.99 for expedited shipping because I needed the scrubs by a specific date.
By October 26, my order still had not shipped. I contacted customer service by email, explaining that I needed the items before Friday, October 30, and specifically requested cancellation if they could not meet that deadline.
My email went completely unanswered.
The company proceeded to ship my order on October 29, and USPS now estimates delivery on November 2, nearly two weeks after my original purchase.
Because of this delay, I now have to look for replacement scrubs locally, potentially spending additional money and time because I cannot rely on the order arriving when needed.
When I finally reached customer service, the representative acknowledged my cancellation email but stated that orders cannot be canceled once submitted. I was offered a refund of expedited shipping and a prepaid return label, but I must wait until the merchandise is returned before receiving the remaining refund.
While I appreciate that an eventual refund has been offered, it does not excuse the lack of communication, the shipping delay, or the inconvenience this has caused.
Customers who pay extra for expedited shipping should be able to rely on the service they purchased, or at minimum receive timely communication when something goes wrong.
Based on this experience, I would not recommend Uniform Advantage for time-sensitive purchases.

Quick service for embroidering a white coat for me. When I received the white coat, it looked great except there was a small mistake of the logo color. It was not deliberate in any way. I emailed Uniform Adv. about the issue and they were very quick to address the issue and have a replacement sent at no charge and didn’t require me to return the existing coat. Kept on hold for too long with no help
I realized that I accidentally ordered the wrong size for my scrub top before placing the order. I was frustrated with the fact that I couldn’t just cancel my order (which they definitely need to add an option to, bc why can Amazon and other websites have an option to do that, but this website can’t?) so I tried contacting support, but I was 2nd in queue for over 40 minutes before I finally gave up. Beforehand, I even tried live chat, but again was place on hold so I tried calling instead thinking it would be faster.

Not a good experience
Not a good experience. Ordered some sets in my regular size which they ended up being too tight. I completed the return unfortunately having to pay for the shipping. I paid $50 for the initial order I returned everything and received a refund of $25. It is frustrating because I’m out all of this money for items I couldn’t fit and contacting customer service was hopeless because I never got a hold of anyone to speak with.
