It takes them a minute to render a phone useless - but days to revert changes.

Avoid at all costs - unless you (like me) have no other decent provider in the area.

Firstly let me ephasise - Moonpig has always been outstanding, hence coming back to them for special occassions .. however this time it was different.

- Firstly, they forgot to add the card
(was promised delivery yesterday by 5PM - card never arrived)

- Flowers arrived quite battered, and lots of buds had fallen off.

Am going to process a possible refund - Paying for item that I never got (as promised), and maybe a price reduction - "expensive" flower delivered battered.

If you pay quite a premium price, you want a premium item/service.
Needless to say, I was very disappointed this time around - to the point of not using the service again, flowers aren't cheap, and was definitely really poor compared to other times.

PC Specialist are great.

Staff/customer service - outstanding, quick responses.
Website - amazing, well laid out, easy to use.
Products - superb quality, well shipped.

Just superb - need anything PC/laptop related, I wouldn't look anywhere else.

Just had a lovely conversation about Scottish Power and switching ..

.. unfortunately for Kyle - we did our "homework" on Trustpilot - and were not interested - but Kyle was amazing, fighting the rain, bad signal - and had a very long day in Ebbw Vale visiting properties.

Not switching to a company with a 1.1 rating - but, feel bad for Kyle .. very professional, very clear.

EVRI is by far the best!

On time, carefully delivered - polite driver. Perfection.

Engineer carried out work at a neighbouring property. Engineer left a dangerously low hanging cable across our back garden.. leaving risk of strangulation (across trampoline).

Customer 'service'.. promised to resolve within 4 hours.. 7 hours later, nothing.

Customer 'service' again.. absolutely no help.

Unfortunately there is no good alternative, and previously Openreach have been flawless..

.. but happily leaving dangerous cables behind, promising a quick fix.. and then not showing up.

This is beyond criticism. Should just have cut the cable myself, and not worried it could be a live connection for the neighbour.

Openreach reached out - and sorted the issue, after 5-7 days. Shame it takes a formal complaint before anyone actually sorts the stuff out ..

90%+ of the dealings with Openreach have always been positive, but this time it was an alround disappointing experience ..

.. and they still failed to take down our dead cable left by (a lazy and sloppy engineer) - those are the words of the engineer removing the dangerous cable, not mine.

If you have a near monopoly - and charge fortunes - at least do a respectable job?

Quick delivery, items perfect - cannot fault LH - just brilliant for a good time.

Absolutely outstanding website - able to customise every aspect of the new PC. All the details available within a few clicks, clear layout - easy to use.

After ordering, I received notifications every time the PC hit a new breakpoint from build to test and dispatch.

Courier delivered on time, and PC was packaged superbly well - clear instructions for "first use" .. absolutely flawless service!

Recently had GB Liners (Hereford) assisting us with our relocation.
