The booking process is excellent from an administrative point of view however I would suggest you revisit the methodology you use for grading the properties you advertise. We were disappointed by the quality of aspects of the furnishings, laundering and decor in two of our last five rentals in Seaton and Lyme Regis. Perhaps more frequent appraisals are appropriate?
