I have checked your order again following your review, as I appreciate you've been waiting for an update.
Your order #262114 was dispatched from us on 25th August under DPD consignment number 4481903998.
There has now been further movement on the shipment. The latest tracking from 3rd September confirms that the parcel has reached the International Gateway and has now been forwarded to DPD Direct Lite for the next stage of its journey to the United States.
The carrier is currently showing an estimated delivery date of Thursday 17th September.
I completely appreciate that this has taken longer than either of us would have liked, particularly as there was a period without any useful tracking movement. However, the important update is that the parcel is not lost or sitting with us awaiting dispatch – it is now moving through the international carrier network again.
The delivery address we supplied is also correctly recorded as 3517 Burts Dr, Fort Worth, Texas 76244-7600, United States.
I'm sorry that the lack of tracking updates led you to believe there had been no progress with your order. Hopefully, now that it has moved through the International Gateway, we'll start seeing further tracking events as it progresses toward you.
