Four pack luxury no show socks
Bought a four pack of "luxury no show bamboo socks" from this company. Two pairs lasted one wear before holes appeared, the other two pairs lasted two wears before holes appeared, useless!!
Contacted Socksnob who refused to help.
Avoid this company, the product is poor and customer service non existent.
Total rubbish avoid 100% Egyptian socks, more like stockings!!
Ordered from Amazon, the Egyptian 100% cotton socks, they are completely useless! More or less see through, they’re really thin, they don’t stay up my legs, my calf’s are really big too! The size is massive too, the range size is 6-8, I’m a 7, and the heel of the sock must be 50mm up the back of my leg? So I now have 11 pairs of useless unworn socks!! As I have worn a pair, I can’t return for a refund! Angry isn’t the word, I’m feeling right now!
Disappointed
Disappointed. For the price - around double that of better socks from China on Amazon - I hoped for much better quality.
Thin, flimsy looking and uncomfortable.
Frustration
Ordering from this company just brought me frustration!
I ordered some socks payed for next day delivery. They took five days to deliver it!!
(It was a birthday present for someone else) by the time it got here it was too late to keep, They didn’t respond to my emails.
I got Klarna involved. I got my delivery money back. When it came to return the item, I had to pay for the postage.
I ordered some 100% cotton socks
I ordered some 100% cotton socks. It took 10 days to be delivered. I wore a pair that day and noticed that it had pulled on the end of the sock, and a hole was starting to appear. I took photos of the hole and emailed Sock Snobs. I received absolutely no reply.Customer service is absolutely terrible with this company. And the socks were faulty which they should have dealt with. I would not deal with this company ever again and anybody who's looking at these socks. I would think twice.
Customer service was very disappointing
Customer service was very disappointing. Having had socks from this company a while I go I reordered the exact same product according to the website. On the website it is listed as size 4-7. What was sent this time is labelled 4-8 and is much larger than my previous product. They refunded only the cost of the socks and refused to refund the postage or my return postage even though the product I was sent is clearly different to what is described on the website. Disappointing.
DO NOT BUY from this company
DO NOT BUY from this company, terrible service! I cannot comment on goods as not delivered to my address!
No refund or even a suggestion of regret at the error despite many emails requesting refund. A terrible experience altogether!
Terrible company, quality and experience
Bad customer experience.
I attempted to refund or return the socks and they first outright refused.
I quoted my consumer rights and they then began to listen.
I sent two photos to explain what is wrong with the socks, they asked if I wanted a refund from ONE PAIR.
For reference I ordered 24 socks. They said they would refund £1.24. This is pathetic.
Terrible company, terrible customer services, terrible quality. Never buying from again.
DO NOT BUY!
Terrible quality, would not refund as "order has been shipped and received fine".
DO NOT BUY!!
The colour was completely wrong
The colour was completely wrong. Customer service just argued over the email, until it become clear they can’t tell the colour difference. Nobody offered a solution and fought over £9.99 order like it was their kidney. We ordered the rest of the supplies from someone who does not mix colours.
SOCK SNOB. Bad experience from start to finish
Bad experience from start to finish. Had partial refund in the end but started with poor quality socks of very thin material. Holes created after one days wear. Long drawn out process to get resolution. Shall not use again.

Bought 4 pairs of socks with next day delivery, nothing happened then got a weird email saying I had requested a cancellation and they refunded my order and refunding in 10 days. Won't use in future
Excellent
Very good value.
My 81 year old mother gets swelling on her ankles.
This was her last purchase attempt to find socks that do not squeeze her ankles.
Sock snob socks are perfect, very soft, breathable, and a lovely light touch on her ankles.
Extremely recommended if you get water retention in your ankles or calfs.
She will buy again 👍
Ordered heatholders socks and have…
Ordered heatholders socks and have ordered frequently .
Lately the socks are poorly made with holes in them from loose threads.Quality control doesn't seem good.
Not impressed at all.
This is the first time I've used this company and unfortunately will be the last. They appear to be somewhat incompetent. Admittedly they processed and dispatched my order promptly - but sent me completely the wrong size of one of only two items ordered! I had ordered the correct size for one item and their enclosed packing slip confirmed this, but for some reason sent me a different size of which I'm unable to wear! The packaging of this particular item is white and the size is clearly printed in black ink on the front. Maybe whoever picked and packed this item should have gone to Specsavers!
I now have the inconvenience and cost of returning one of the items.
Incorrect description and terrible customer service
The fibre composition of the socks I received did not match the description on the website. I was specifically looking for polyester free fabric.
I contacted customer services to request a return label, and in response they requested photographs and the invoice, which was provided swiftly and I requested again return label or collection of the goods due to the mismatch. I never received no further response to my emails.
Interestingly, when I left feedback on their website, it was responded to very quickly with a message asking me to get in touch so they could look into it. However, my direct emails regarding the return have continued to be ignored.
Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend.
Wrong item delivered
I ordered a Stanley flask. They sent out completely the wrong item. I got in contact. Their customer service is rubbish and it took them several days to get back to me. They sent me a returns label. It didn't work. I then paid for postage myself TO RETURN A WRONG ITEM, and still haven't heard anything from them. I'd really think that given it was their mistake they would refund me the item. Instead I'm about £40 down, with zero flasks. I can't recommend this company - stick to a better known one.
Very poor quality socks
Very poor quality socks, said they were quality Egyptian socks. They were so thin that you could see through them! Plus they charged for returns meaning I lost 20% of my purchase price returning these rubbish socks which fit for binning.
One to avoid
I ordered an item from Sock Snob (SS) in mid November for a Christmas present. The company chose to use Evri for the delivery. It was not delivered as promised so I notified SS. Although they had the contract with Evri they did nothing and I had to approach Evri myself. Evri eventually admitted they had not made the delivery and I sent a copy of this admission to SS. Amazingly they still did nothing and have ignored all my contact with them and are happily retaining my money. We're just a couple in our seventies who wanted a gift for our grandson but all we've had is discourtesy and a lot of stress. This company has over £4m in the bank but clearly it needs our money more than we do.
Incorrect product description
I bought some wool blend socks as a gift for Christmas that weren't clearly described on the website. The only material listed was 'wool' but this is incorrect as wool is not the main material used. The low wool content was really disappointing and I don't think the product was properly described. Customer service were extremely slow getting back to me and refused me a refund, saying their title of 'wool blend' was accurate.
Avoid this company. I will certainly never use them again.
