Bought 4 pairs of socks with next day delivery, nothing happened then got a weird email saying I had requested a cancellation and they refunded my order and refunding in 10 days. Won't use in future

Awful. Rude staff and gave bad information. Coach was 2.5 hours late and no options or help given. Had to run to get the train and pay more money otherwise we would have missed our flight. Will not use again

Terrible customer service, tried to order items for Xmas presents, waited a week and then they got back to me 2 days later saying my order didn’t process. Also, only having 5-7 day delivery with Evri is pretty poor now with no option to pay for faster delivery. Won’t use in future
