I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received and would urge others to be very cautious when dealing with this company. I am now contacting Consumer Advice regarding this matter.
We purchased a phone for my father because of his hearing difficulties. Unfortunately, he was unable to hear clearly on it. We are unsure whether the phone was faulty or whether it was incompatible with his hearing aids.
Only one handset was removed from the box, and it was plugged in for less than an hour. It was handled carefully by myself and my sister before being immediately repackaged for return.
After returning the item, the company claimed that the phone was scratched and that the box was marked. I can state with complete confidence that there was no damage or scratches on the phone when it was returned. There may have been a minor mark on the box, but certainly not on the handset itself. The photographs they have provided do not even appear to show the same phone.
To make matters worse, it took three attempts through phone calls and emails before they even provided the return details.
Based on my experience, I find the company's actions extremely concerning, and I believe this matter should be investigated. I will be pursuing it further through Consumer Advice.

This is the second Harley support pillow I have purchased, my last one lasted many many years and served me well. I have chosen the larger one this time and have kept the smaller one for when travelling. If you suffer from neck or back problems I cannot recommend this pillow highly enough. Whenever I have been away and had to sleep without it I have noticed a huge increase in my body feeling out of synch, I am always happy to come back to my own bed and pillow. It is worth the money, for me it was a big expense but knowing how much it helps me I consider it a good investment.

We ordered knee supports and an ice pack from this website as the physiotherapist recommended this website. We ordered on 8.7.2026 and paid for next day delivery. However, today is 22.7.2026 and we are still awaiting delivery. They obviously have a problem with their courier, DHL, but keep saying to wait, or that it is with the courrier. Health & Care then refused to refund the money until the courrier returns the package back to them. I wanted a quick refund so we could get the knee supports elsewhere, and they can chase the courier at their leisure, but they declined. Meanwhile, mum is still in pain... Upon speaking to a manager, he said he will speak to the courrier and then process a refund today...we will see.

The packaging was badly damaged causing a small amount of damage to the handles of the chair. Please send me a refund for the damage and review using this carrier !!
