Joining was a nightmare
Joining was a nightmare, with meters not working, no electricity or Gas, took a lot of sorting out for weeks from December & January, very cold.
Customer service, very helpful and did as much as they could.
The men who came out were very good & helpful.
Now very happy & working, happy with the reduced hours times, much needed help.
So thanks very much.

Delivery men very hard with conversation about the delivery, don’t know if they knew any English or just didn’t want to speak.
