I'm afraid I didn't receive a satisfactory service - I ordered an item and they didn't let me know that it was actually out of stock. I also called several times in the following two weeks, with little success until the third attempt. As a result, I can only give Donaghy Bros one star. Sorry Donaghy Bros, your online services needs some improvement.

Badly packed and dented
This was one of the worst packed appliances I have ever received. The box had been opened and resealed and half the packing was missing and the box was battered and repaired along the seams with tape. The glass platter and turntable were loose inside the oven and the microwave is slightly dented along the top left edge. Decided to try the microwave and it seems to work ok so far so we can live with the dent as was cheaper than elsewhere but did wonder whether it was a return or ex display model due to state of box and missing packing.
