Great service from beginning to end. We got a very competitive price on some kitchen pans. The order was made, processed quickly, despatched and delivered. We couldn't be more impressed. Wish every company was as good as this.

Service could be better
The delivery was ok. The delivery men only had to lift the tumble dryer a very short distance as utility room is just beside back door. But when I asked the delivery men could they remove the packaging they were begrudging, but said they would do it this time. Then when I asked them to plug it in, (heat pump dryer) they said they could but it would cost me £29. I am now left at home alone with a dryer to plug in and move back which I cant do due to a back problem. I will have to get a neighbour to help. I realise I did not pay for installation but with any other local company plugging something in would not have been a problem. Very poor service from a family run company. Next time I will just order from another retailer.

We completely understand that, from your perspective, plugging the dryer in may seem like a small and straightforward task, and we appreciate that being left to move it into position yourself, especially with a back problem, has caused you frustration.
Just to offer a little context, appliance installation and connection is a separate, chargeable service. While we appreciate that it may seem a simple job, these additional tasks can take a significant amount of time across a full delivery schedule and can affect how many deliveries our team can complete in a day. Charging for this service allows us to offer it properly and fairly, while keeping our delivery service running efficiently for all customers. We do appreciate, however, that this doesn't make the situation any less frustrating for you.
That said, we would always expect our delivery team to be helpful, courteous and professional, regardless of whether additional services have been booked. We're disappointed to hear that you felt their attitude was begrudging, and we're particularly sorry that you've been left with the difficulty of moving the appliance into place.
As a family-run business, customer satisfaction genuinely means a great deal to us. We will certainly raise your comments with our delivery team, as we want every customer to feel valued and well looked after.

I’m very pleased with my Miele Guard L1 vacuum cleaner. It performs brilliantly, with excellent suction and great manoeuvrability, making cleaning quick and effortless. The build quality is exactly what you would expect from Miele, solid, reliable, and easy to use.
Ordering through the website was straightforward, and the delivery was quick and efficient. The vacuum arrived well packaged and exactly as described.
Overall, a first-class product and a first-class service. Excellent performance, easy ordering, fast delivery, and great value. A favourable experience on all counts, and I would highly recommend both the Miele Guard L1 and the website. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
