The clothing is ethically made. I find that all the sales assistants in the Mall at Cribbs Causeway are helpful & knowlegable do not do the ‘hard sell’. If they did this I would be straight out the door without making a purchase!

The website provides clear information, pictures about products. The inclusion of measurements of the clothes is very useful. The delivery was very quick and early. I was disappointed with the quality of the jumper. It had a rough tight texture and was a bit short for me (average height) and not the same quality as a Seasalt jumper previously bought despite being the same style. It’s disappointing that I’ve had to pay to return an item as I don’t have an option to visit a shop.

There are many seasalt dresses in my wardrobe. I often buy through M and S brands. I live them, they fit well, wash well and get complimented on them regularly...I suppose they fit my lifestyle . Can ge dressed up or down...I'm wearing a lovely blue one today

Very speedy delivery. Like my cardigan's colour and design, but wish it could just have been very slightly longer in the body. I am petite but it feels just slightly too short.

The parcel arrived quickly. I ordered 2 pairs of trousers but one pair were too short. I was able to return them to a local store and it was done immediately with no forms to fill out. The pair I kept are really comfortable. I have worn them many times.

I am not the greatest fan of online shopping - because it is essential to see, touch, try on.
In this case the colour was reasonable - not always the case with Seasalt illustrations, the style had been adequately displayed and is pleasant, and the length of the garment, as reviews suggested, at least a little too short (there was an enormous hem which could well have been halved, and that was similar for the sleeves).
My major complaint is the state of the garment -desperately in need of ironing. How does anyone pack garments in this state for posting? Or, as ...in this case, stuff in the bag.... This is one of the major downsides of buying online.
