I called in for help. I’m utterly useless on a computer. I know how to type but that’s about it. I would much prefer speaking to a live person. But you don’t even offer that. So to me that’s a bit of a bummer. However, the person I got was able to give me some help. She sent me a printout of what I had to do. Which is all well and good if I had two computers so I could read one while following the directions on the other! Please, for us older folk…could you please provide a live response!
