It was fair and quick solved

I was charged over 20% as a TIP! Shocking. I do not recall ticking a box. Who gets this money? I would prefer to have added the TIP to the donation.
A TIP is voluntary! Be warned.

I'm disappointed and disgusted to find gofundme withholds legitimate funds for Palestinian charities. This badly needed monies for water, food and other essentials to alleviate the ongoing genocide against the men, women and CHILDREN is utterly disgraceful. SHAME and CONTEMPT for those who support this barbaric agenda.

If this works this could be seriously life saving for my sister, so grateful for your service. I know it was complicated trying to get the transfer because she is on an island in the middle of Alaska with bare minimum (texting and calling out) communications - no computer. Grateful for the help solving this.

I'm headed tomorrow to help this single mother and her kids keep a roof over their heads. What was released only covers one month of rent without late fees, and now we are in a new month so she still needs more funds to pay her rent to avoid eviction and her other bills.

Thank you again for your help in allowing me to support this family. Please keep my fundraiser active, we are still raising for her next month's rent and utilities. You all are the best and hopefully this family will soon see the light at the end of the tunnel.

It is a great place to get donations but the process to set up is very complicated.

This has been such a positive experience until I noticed funds were being transferred to a different bank account. I reached out via texting and it looks like things are worked out but I would have preferred to have spoken to someone directly.

It's been over a week now. I wanna get my gold fund me back on track again. I have received a few donations 2 weeks ago, but now I'm not getting no notifications or any information from my donors that said that they have sent money and the money has come out of their account but nothing's come to me. My title is support, Alberta rodeo legend Marvin dirks.\n Medical journey, can you please help me? Can you please check it out and see if you can find the gritch?That's that could be my problem.Thank you.

I hadn't realized I could leave a custom tip instead of a set percentage of the fee. After I finished donating, I realized the "tip" was so high, so I reached out and got a refund. The staff's response was very fast. I think GoFundMe is friendly and honest. Basically here to help people in need.

I don't know where you got the idea I had a positive experience. This has been nothing but stressful and unworkable. Get it together.

Added a 35 dollar tip to my donation I didn't see until after I clicked. Took me 20 mins to get their chatbot to refund it.

My experience with the company was good because more people are sharing my profile. I haven't had any donors yet but I know it will get better.

I was very confused about trying to figure out why I did not show a GoFundMe that was current in my account, it turns out that I was using the wrong email address and they figured it out for me. I did not realize I had did two accounts under very similar but different email addresses.

I am doing a GoFundMe for my son that has a Mental Health issue and has two little girls and a wife that he thrives to support and once I actually saw those greedy people that didn't want to contribute, but those who did, I still yet have not seen the money come in from the GoFundMe I had done for my Son, even though everything has cleared to do so.
I really think it is sad that People try to ask for help and have to pay to get it, "what the Hell" I'm not happy at all and I recommend everyone to do what they can to search other means. I now have to get the money to my son from some means to pay him, out of guilt. I live on disability; I don't get paid much either. I have help more than people know, but it came to a place I asked and boy I'm upset about this GoFundMe. Don't do it, go through family and friends only, or church.

Gofundme is a hypocritical organization.
I put on a personal GoFund me as a former IDF volunteer who wanted funds to go back to Israel to help the soldiers.
They denied me..calling my post " an unacceptable risk of financial loss".
In other words, they did not like the organization I was trying to help...I will make sure my colleagues know about this! There are many similar requests on their website for help to other countries..other than Israel...but GoFundMe let them post...but not me.

Started a GoFundMe for my moms surgery and it was up in ten minutes, people were donating that same night. Getting the money to my bank took three days and nobody gave me trouble over paperwork.

GoFundMe was able to get my issues resolved. It could have been resolved faster but I can't complain. Just happy it's back online.

The issue I had was easily reloved by the AI Chat , which transferred me to a support person. It was quickly handled and issue was resolved
