Best prop firm ever

I am writing this review to warn the trading community about the complete lack of technical transparency and unfair account handling at Funding Pips.

My account (#21148005) was terminated based on a daily loss threshold of $204, where my actual recorded loss was $188—leaving a microscopic variance of just $0.25 on the equity limit. This tiny breach was the direct result of a platform-side spread widening event during low liquidity, not improper risk management.

When I reached out to support to request tick-by-tick server execution logs to verify the execution conditions and bid/ask spreads at the exact moment of closure, my request was flatly denied. The support team repeatedly hid behind vague "internal confidentiality policies" and refused to provide any technical evidence proving the breach was legitimate.

Professional prop firms demonstrate integrity by sharing server logs when execution fairness is questioned. Hiding behind canned, automated responses while closing accounts over 25 cents reveals a severe lack of accountability.

I’ve had a great experience with this company. Their service has been excellent, communication has been clear, and the overall experience has been smooth and professional. It is a scam prop firm.I took a funded account yesterday and today they disabled my account. Just waste of money

STAY AWAY FROM FUNDINGPIPS!

I strongly advise traders to think twice before wasting their money on this prop firm.

I passed both challenge phases and grew my $10K Master account to $13,100, making $3,100 in profits. Then FundingPips permanently terminated my account because of a Device ID match, despite all my previous accounts being registered under my own name and accessed through my personal phone.

Their support is completely useless: generic replies, no proper explanations and no real effort to resolve the issue. They still haven’t given me a clear answer about my $3,100 in profits.

Imagine working hard to pass a challenge and then having your account terminated without convincing evidence.

Think twice before giving this company your money. My experience has been extremely disappointing.

The trading console (MetaTrader 5) is not at all user friendly.
The trading window within the 'MetaTrader 5' doesn't open upon the first 'click'
