Hard sell...a turn off!
The representative I spoke to was very "hard sell". She spoke too fast and did not clearly explain the pricing details regarding the optional vehicle insurance changes that used to be included as standard coverage. She also stated she could not hold the quoted price unless I committed today! She was very pushy! Update: The representative also mentioned a credit check could affect you insurance premium. In Ontario, legislation prohibits insurance companies from using credit information to set premiums, unless the driver has a history of claims. She failed to mention that.

Nolan Rutter was the most Helpful insurance broker I have Ever dealt with.
He can’t believe CAA turned down insuring my Low milage 2017 Nissan 370 Z only because I had installed K & N Air Filters on the motor. They are washable and
Reusable.
He is trying to get them to accept the car, so that we can have both our cars insured together.
I am retired, have Never had an at Fault claim, clean record, no tickets, used to be a Driving Instructor.
A perfect Top Notch prospect for insurance.
