So easy. The car did have a problem but it was all sorted very easily and with no bother for myself. I was really impressed.

If I could have given no stars if…

If I could have given no stars if possible. This disgusting company has just taken my money for a holiday I can no longer go on because my daughter has been rushed in to hospital because they won't change a name at the hotel. Absolutely shocked and disappointed that they could do this when in such a stressful situation!!!

We recommend checking your travel insurance policy to see if it covers cancellations or changes due to medical emergencies. If you need any documentation from us to support your insurance claim, please let us know, and we will be happy to assist.

I can not rate Ocean Florida enough I dealt with a gentleman called Tex who has been an absolute superstar nothing was too much trouble he was always so lovely to talk and quickly replied to every query and nothing was a problem. Very very impressed!!!
