This was almost a nightmare! Moving 16 boxes from Sweden to the UK should have been easy. In terms of booking the services of MyBaggage, they scored A+. Fantastic and exceptionally timely in their responses to my questions. Fedex was on time in terms of delivery and on the appointed day, the boxes were collected. There then followed two weeks of frustration as our order seemed trapped within the Swedish Customs Service. Thanks to the brilliant support of the MyBaggage team, this was finally sorted out and we have just taken delivery of our boxes. After she won a local piano competition today, I took our ten year old daughter to Superdrug Ayr to check out some perfumes - as a reward for her earlier performance! We were served by Amy who was absolutely amazing - attentive, friendly and exceptionally patient. First class service in every sense of the term :)

This is just a superb service - fast, does what it says on the can. The £1.99 option for a week is the best value for money you could imagine. However, make sure that you cancel before the week is out!

OK this five star review has context. For several months, I engaged OVO with regards to two issues we were having in the house we had just moved in to as owners. During this time, OVO's advice was poorly coordinated, imprecise, unfocused and, overall, simply poor. Last week, one of their operatives contacted us (after I threatened to escalate the issues) and was simply superb - solved everything in 30 minutes.

An excellent, sturdy and very good looking product. Arrived on time and our daughter (who we bought it for) loves it!

This is a difficult time for car insurance. Costs are rising and this is reflected in the premiums drivers are being asked to pay. I have always found Hedgehog efficient and straightforward (although I have yet to make any claim! :) ) and their renewal price this year beat the opposition by a fair way. Highly recommended!

Perfect service...again! We decided to upgrade our daughter's piano keyboard (we ordered the first from Gear4Music) and we were again delighted at the cost and speed of delivery. The new keyboard arrived in perfect condition and our daughter is more than happy with it. A+!
