I found the Juice website so easy to use. I placed my order on Thursday and it was delivered on the Saturday, now that is what I call excellent customer service. The charger and cable are excellent quality and I feel sure they will last for many years to come

I found the website for AE Sewing Machines easy to use and they had the oil I required for my machine, I also ordered a few other items that I required. The only problem I had was when I went to pay for the order it said we do not send to your post code, which is the Isle of Man, so I had to have the items sent to a friend who lives in the UK, then he had to resend them over to me, the items were well packaged and were sent out quickly and were delivered to my friend the following day, which I think is really good service. I would have no problem recommending AE Sewing Machines to anyone who hasn't used them before.

My parcels have been delivered to the wrong address on 3 occasions now. I have phoned the courier company and left a message on their answering machine, asking if they could call me regarding this matter, at the time of writing the they have not contacted me, as they need to collect an item from me which is faulty and deliver the replacement item.

I have used this company a couple of times now, they are always quick at sending out my order, no hastle and no worries.

On arrival I needed to contact customer services regarding my order, so I rang the customer service helpline, the phone was answered quickly, the lady who dealt with me was very helpful and was able to sort out my query very quickly. I like to purchase online as they have a good range of products, the website is easy to use and you don't have to interact with human beings, unlike are local Sportsdirect store when the assistant was so unhelpful and didn't know the words please and thank you, so internet shopping is far better.

I placed an order for a boombox on Thursday evening it was sent out the next day, I received it on the Tuesday before lunch, this is what I call quick service especially as the had also been bad weather.

I was looking for a specific fabric to make a shirt with, I found it on the ebay shop for minervacrafts, I placed my order which arrived fairly quickly especially with the postal system being disrupted due to the this pandemic. The fabric was just as descried and the colours were as I imagined as sometimes with looking at fabric shown on the internet isn't always the same colour as shown on the screen, I am now looking forward to making my shirt, I would recommend this company and will definately be using them again in the future.
