Disappointed have to pay delivery especially when spend over 50 pounds, t.shirts I ordered seamed very small for a 11/12 yr olds , won’t be ordering again as delivery put me off 😭

I was went to get my parcel on monday 2 Nov, I even paid extra , but EVRI have not delivered it and now its the 5th Nov , it was for my Grandsons birthday yesterday 4th Nov , EVRI cant explain why it hasnt come , I not happy about this ! If I was you I would change the delivery courier .....

GREAT FAST DELIVERY (BEFORE DUE DATE), USER-FRIENDLY WEBSITE, BUT I HAVE A REAL ISSUE WITH THE RETURNS POLICY WHERE YOU CANNOT GET A REFUND, INSTEAD ONLY GETTING A CREDIT VOUCHER TO SPEND WITH SPORTS DIRECT, THIS IS THE REASON I VERY VERY RARELY BUY FROM THEM.

On 5 Nov 2026 at 2:30pm, I went to buy clothes with a delivery backpack. I asked security if I could take it inside. She said NO.

I then asked if I could leave it outside while I shop. That was ALSO refused.

No solution, no respect. I felt embarrassed and insulted in front of other customers.

I have already sent a formal complaint. This store must train staff on how to treat customers.

The most thing I don't like about this company is the delivery charges £4.99 and Evri charge between 0-1kg £2.70 why you do that that's only my issue, please lower your delivery charges to get more sales .

Parcel lost by Evri. SPORTS Direct unhelpful. Refused to replace order

Returning items are a nightmare. I had bought two shoes and you delivery one of the boxes was damaged. The shoe inside was okay but however due to box being damaged I had created a return. Then to my disappointment just to return it is £4.99 when I also had to pay for shipping. This damage was not even due to me or being of something unnecessary. I then spoke to an agent who had given me a prepaid label for free return however they had picked the wrong shoe too return. When I then contacted an agent again they had said that I do not qualify for a free return and that the agent before shouldn’t have given me a free return. Due to this time was wasted and customer service did not do their job properly. Overall this experience was terrible and has deterred me from shopping here.
