I WAS SO VERY DISAPPOINTED. THE SHIPPING AND PACKAGING WAS GOOD. HOWEVER, THE ITEMS THEMSELVES FAR FROM BEING STRONG AS ADVERTISED, WERE PRETTY WORTHLESS. I TOSSED THEM OUT. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH EUROPEAN PROVIDERS, I'VE GOTTEN A LOT BETTER WITH THE US SUPPLIERS. I

Delayed packages
ordered a few times, package/goods seem to always get either cancelled when ordered or stuck in Kentucky, UPS tracking only says, "delayed, will provide new ship date" last time it took over 3 weeks to get delivered. don't speak German either, sometimes it changes back to German language on their site for no reason.

Good quality and quick delivery. Sometime I experience a leaking (it smells quite strong when open the package), but no damages on the original package so it might be a manufacturer issue.
