Poor packing
2 of the 3 bottles I purchased somehow came open during shipping, leaked all over the shipping box and ruining the 3 bottle.

Delivery with their UK courier UPS was…
Delivery with their UK courier UPS was unsuccessful and ended up being returned to sender.
After requesting refund as is my consumer right in UK, received email from Lederreiniger where they tried to manipulate and blackmail me via our shared LGBTQIA+ community to drop my request for a refund. Highly disrespectful and frankly disgusting behaviour to act in this way, all to avoid adhering to consumer law in UK and EU laws.
Have now raised formal complaint with UK ICC with copies of emails sent.
Please avoid and spend your money elsewhere.

But none of that matters anymore! We’ve worked it out, and they’re sending me the correct item, and are back to being the only company I trust to buy these products from!
