I found the customer service helpful when I managed to speak to a human person. I’d have preferred not to have to navigate live chat to get there though

The delivery was delayed but you apologised and kept me informed of progress,
Your delivery drivers were charming, efficient and competent.

The parcel was delivered within the timeframe given.

I have actually found that recently Evri have been much more reliable which is maybe why I was so shocked by this non delivery,
The parcel was NOT delivered to my address as I was told. It’s dumped outside the front door to the building where the flat is.
I was in and the entry phone was working so no
excuse.
I went to look for it straight away but someone had taken/ stolen it within 15mins of me receiving notification of its delivery.
I am shocked that it was left, in effect, in the street.
I am grateful for feedback from customer services but that doesn’t replace my lost order,

This was the first time I’d used Laundryheap and I confess to being a little nervous that it would all work.
It did, very smoothly, dry cleaning pick up of two hours was excellent and on time.
Delivery back delayed by 20 mins but I was kept abreast of where the driver was so no downgrade of stars from me.
Both drivers were charming, cleaning well done, folded as requested and everything worked brilliantly. pjr

When my parcel finally arrived the driver was charming and helpful. No complaints there.
The parcel has not yet been delivered causing me stress and hours of wasted time.
Like every other delivery from DHL recently, the only reliable thing about it is the unreliability. Information/ updates either don’t exist or are an act of fiction.
I have decided to no longer buy from anyone using DHL and will write to explain why.

The delivery drivers kept us in touch with progress, they arrived when they said they would and were friendly and cheerful.

It’s the first time we have bought from Mr Kimchi mail order . It as a good experience, website easy to navigate, we were kept unto date with progress of the order which arrived when MrK said it would. It goes without saying that the kimchi is delicious.

Just to say that since finding this site, I have been able to quickly and simply been able to compare costs and possibilities of using different carriers.

Difficult to see how my few items removal could have been improved. Any Van delivered what was on the tin and the two men who came were beyond good, prompt, charming and efficient.

The delivery was later than the suggested window and I was kept well informed of progress.
The two men doing the delivery were without fail impressive, pleasant, speedy and generally excellent.

Having secondary glazing installed in the flat was excellent, from start, engaging with the firm, windows being measured, to the completed job.
Work was carried out efficiently by two lovely members of their staff who were a pleasure to have in the flat: they arrived when they said they would, made no mess and generally did a splendid job.
The secondary glazing, installed when it was snowing, made a huge difference to the internal temperature.
I cannot recommend them too highly. pjr

I bought a fig tree from Primrose, their site was excellent, informative and honest. Delivery of a well packaged plant was as they said it would be, so I know I will shop with them again. pjr

Face masks arrived in good time after ordering them, very reasonable value for money.
