This is based on latest and previous experiences. The latest delivery by Hermes was good but this is the first time, previous deliveries have been a nightmare, misinformation about deliveries, tracking on website fictitious etc.

I want to update my comments about Hermes deliveries. Over the past few weeks I have nothing but praise for the Hermes delivery driver who has delivered a number of parcels to me. He has been on time, very polite and a pleasure to deal with. This is a huge change and I’ve tried to find how I can write to Hermes to commend him but, unfortunately, I cannot find an email address. If anyone from Hermes reads this perhaps they can note this and contact me as I really would like to draw his excellence to your attention. pjr

I cannot speak too highly of this company; of both their customer service and the duvet itself.
Having brought a double duvet quite a long time ago I had been niggled that there was a bit of a glitch with the size, nothing major, in fact I wasn’t sure whether to even mention it but thought I should to alert them to a possible problem.
I was overwhelmed by their immediate response, the offer of a new duvet which was way above and beyond the apology I was expecting.
I had already recommended their duvets and will now sing the company’s praises loud and long for offering service that I thought had gone out of fashion.

The long, indigo, kaftan style dress I bought at the weekend is just beautiful. I wasn’t quite sure about the size but, having seen it, I really wanted to buy it straight away (unusual for me, I normally like to think before spending money). Size was truly ‘one size’ I am a generous size 14 but it looked equally good on my size 10/12 size friend. She isn’t having it though!
Also pleased to be buying from a genuine artisan source and not frittering money on the throw away society that is so damaging to the environment. And from such delightful people as well.
As you can see, a thoroughly happy and satisfied customer.

My order was delivered intact and on time, Elzora crockery was excellent; purchase and delivery as described on the tin. pjr
