Despite the fact that my filters indicate that I am only interested in automatic cars running on petrol, the site throws anything and everything at me and concentrates mainly on one make and model, although I am open minded as to those aspects. I am close to blocking this website.

I liked the items I have previously bought from you.

I have twice selected to have items diverted to InPost. The first collection went off smoothly. However, the second one seems to have got stuck in your system and is taking ages to get delivered to my selected locker location.

I am cancelling the switch because the salesperson missold the package due to grossly inadequate training.

I asked for a further eye test due to discomfort in one eye. The optician I saw, Ranjeet Bains, explained that my discomfort was due to dry eyes and blepharitis (I have hypothyroidism) and recommended a course of action to relieve the issue. I have had this issue in the past but it seems to have got much worse in the last few months. A small adjustment was needed to my prescription, so I was able to order my new lenses with confidence. At all times, the staff were friendly and supportive and the course of action suggested has reduced the discomfort in my eye significantly. Thank you!

I was amazed at the speed at which this company works. I had an offer at lunchtime on the day following the day on which I posted my gold items to them. I was unhappy with their initial offer but they quickly came back with an increased offer, which I was very happy to accept. The funds were in my bank account the same afternoon. I will certainly use them again.

I have been taking Detoxx 1 for just over a week. However, the expected increase in colon elimination has not happened, so maybe I am a bit too impatient for results. Nor have I noticed any additional lymphatic drainage, although my ankles have been quite swollen in the unusually high temperatures we have been having in the UK. Cooler days are expected by the end of this week, so perhaps things will start happening - I hope so.

I have a few medical issues over the last seven years, but none of them is still a concern. This was the only policy to give me the option to exclude them from the cover, while still declaring them, and so get a sensible price.
