Works well to send photos of vehicles you specify to see, or bot recognises what you view closely or put a like to and sends others the same model. Worth playing with the app to work it.

The platform itself is very helpful however they could do with vetting the sellers more carefully. We have had a months of nothing but grief trying to get a promised repair paid for to the point that we asked for an appointment to return the car for a full refund. Very disappointing.

Whether it's a good/great deal and the filtering let's you view the vehicles you want to look at without scrolling through unsuitable vehicles

I so disappointed by CarGurus, you are letting scammers on your site. I was scammed and I can't find any way to contact you. The scammer is still on the site they just change the pictures of the car and reduce the price

Despite the fact that my filters indicate that I am only interested in automatic cars running on petrol, the site throws anything and everything at me and concentrates mainly on one make and model, although I am open minded as to those aspects. I am close to blocking this website.

I really trusted this website and always bought my cars from this page, but my recent purchase car wasn’t a good experience, the seller lied about the owners of the car,
The purchase has already done so the only thing i can is please if you are buying a car through this website think twice, because you are facing a bunch of scammers, please please think twice if you are really want to buy from this website .

I found Car Gurus a great way to see what used cars were available in my price range. I could apply filters which made decisions easier. I would definitely use them again.

Me and my partner bought an Audi A1 from these guys yesterday for 2100 pounds from SK MOTORS LTD Brierley hill DY5 2RN, which were recommended to us by CarGurus.

When we turned up to collect it the engine was already running and the key was innthe ignition, which i thought was strange.

It was only after we got home that we discovered that the car fob didnt work and wouldnt lock manually either so we coulsnt lock the car. This would explain why the car was running when we arrived there.

On the way home the passenger side wing mirror glass fell out and was only being held on by a think cable which meant the glass was banging against the wing and cuased about 40 or more pits in the paint.

Today I took the car to my nephew whom owns his own car garge and found a whole bunch of things wrong with the car.

No front suspension springs, 1 headlamp needs replacing both wing mirrors need replacing.

It's basically an unroadworthy deathtrap and shouldn't even be on the road never mind being sold by a dealer.

After raiaing these issues with the dealership they told us that a refund will not be given.

Now we are in the process of going to trading standards to take this matter further.

Avoid this company at all costs.
