Metal handrail for garden steps

Very good product. Well made. The assembly instructions could be a bit clearer as it takes a while to figure out in which order and directions the parts have to be assembled but it works fine in the end. I would recommend this product and would use the company again

Poor customer service and delays

Still waiting on refunds even though payment left my bank account within 2 days purchased 2 pairs of earpods 1 set not working very cheap and flimsy also purchased a camera for car hasn't even been delivered after almost 3 weeks received email saying they are out of stock emailed numerous times for update on my refund still waiting for a response 1st time shopping with go groopie never again

Only gave 1 star as you can't give zero…

Only gave 1 star as you can't give zero ,once they have your money they ain't giving it back store credit only quick enough in taking it out your account but won't give it back ,total scam merchant they think you should employ a lawyer before purchasing anything from them totally unacceptable and disgraceful
