AI is taking over!! Faulty goods and cant speak to anyone!

I have contacted this company 3 times on WhatsApp, once on email and tried to call too. You only get Katie the AI assistant. I can not speak to a human. They have sent me a faulty product and will not reply to me! I will be taking this up with my credit card company. AVOID this company if you want to buy products that are not faulty and if you want some actual customer service!!!

Customer Service isnt great

I have contacted customer services several times, however, instead of answering my question or providing me with an answer as to how I can return my product (within 14 days of purchasing) they’re asking pictures of the machine I bought the attachments for.

What Great Service

What great service. From start to finish Direct Vacumms dealt with getting me my hoover and helping with some after sales stuff. Would 100% recommend.

Wonderful experience.

The courier had a small problem with my address (I live somewhere with no road name or house number ) so the delivery guys rather than discussing the issue with Direct Vacuums, just returned to sender.
But this means I get an opportunity to interact with their customer service, which I found top notch. The issue was sorted in no time and with no fuss.
The refurbished carpet cleaner is working fantastically.
I have no complaints. 10/10.
Would recommend.
