I was promise whole house coverage and setup. Instead I was handed the nodes to setup myself and told may not work anyway due to my house configuration. Many calls to tech support (who were helpful) but no change to service drop outs freezing - seems cannot work with Sky Q or Sonos on the same network? In the end I purchased at considerable cost a Mesh system. Now I see they have upgraded their routers and nodes to WIFI 7 but I was never offered this alternative.

Great service agent friendly and punctual

Warranty Claim rejected under their "reasonable ware" catch all clause. Robot mop lid hinge broke under normal use. Their customer service is non existent, AI replies and after 30 days you get an email to say repaired under warranty but when the unit is returned it's not repaired. This company has provided the worst customer experience I have ever had. Do not purchase their products, high price low quality and zero customer service.

I ordered the wrong configuration but DD call me and advised the right setup prior to delivering.
