We're sorry this has taken longer than expected. For EFT transactions, transfers can take between 1-4 working days, and funds are released on the value date shown on the contract sent to your email at the time of booking. We understand that's frustrating when you're expecting funds to land sooner, especially if the delay wasn't clear upfront.
