XoomPayment Marked as Completed, But Funds Never Received processed and sent my payment to…
I had a very disappointing experience with Xoom. I sent a transfer to my NayaPay debit card using the correct card details. Xoom marked the transaction as completed, but the funds were never credited to my account.
I was asked to provide my bank statement, which I submitted promptly. The statement clearly confirmed that the payment was not received. Despite providing the requested evidence, my issue remains unresolved.
What concerns me most is that the transaction was processed without ensuring it could be successfully completed. If my destination card was not supported or there was any issue with the transfer, the payment should have been rejected before being marked as completed.
I have repeatedly requested either the ARN (Acquirer Reference Number) so my bank can trace the payment or a refund back to my PayPal account if the transfer cannot be completed. Unfortunately, I have not received a satisfactory resolution.
I expected better communication, transparency, and customer support from a PayPal service. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Xoom until this issue is resolved.

This is NOT a PayPal service. No security at all
You call yourself a PayPal service but do not make it clear you have NONE of PayPal’s security guarantees. This should be made VERY clear in your marketing and in the PayPal App. I will NOT be using Xoom again as I may as well send my money straight into the ether as it will be just as unprotected as using your “services”
