Great Product & Service, Be Aware of Taxes if in UK
If ordering for delivery to the UK be aware.
The products, service etc was great, when you go to pay you are pre-warned that you need to pay taxes in the UK. I expected VAT but what I wasn't prepared for was import tax and a brokerage charge from UPS on top. My fees to receive my parcel were £76.93!!! Although I love the products I received and the service was great, the tax I had to pay wasn't worth the order. To improve the service delivering to the UK going forward, it would be good if it was only the VAT you had to pay, otherwise orders end up being too expensive.

Thank you for your review and our sincere apologies if there has been any confusion regarding import charges.
The charges UPS has billed you are import duties for your parcel. Import duties have been charged for your parcel because we are based in the Netherlands and all parcels sent from the EU to the United Kingdom must now undergo customs checks and are subject to import duties. We have posted warnings in the checkout for all customers who select “United Kingdom” as their destination country when placing their order. The warning states that we are based in the Netherlands and that import duties are levied on all parcels sent to the United Kingdom.
The costs are determined by customs and by UPS itself during the customs process. It is therefore not possible for us to know in advance what the costs will be, as we are not involved in the calculation process and each cost is unique to each parcel. We cannot waive or change the import duties, as this is beyond our control and is now mandatory under new trade laws between the United Kingdom and the EU. Furthermore, it is no longer possible to cancel or refund the order, as it has already been transferred to UPS.

Dairy Milk Recipe Change?
I'm a huge fan of Dairy Milk products, particularly Giant Buttons. For the last few months I've noticed they no longer taste like they used to, more like a cheap recipe has replaced it. I don't understand how they can still call it Dairy Milk if they've changed the recipe so drastically. I stopped buying all other products that weren't Dairy Milk e.g. Creme Eggs, Double Deckers a few years ago as they also have a new chocolate recipe that tastes cheap. I can't believe they've seen any profit from the changes as all I've read on here are negative reviews too, I'm glad it's not just me!

My delivery arrived quickly but there was 2 different sized shoes in the box. Customer Services were extremely helpful, provided a returns label and sourced another pair of shoes for me. The replacement pair arrived within a couple of days - excellent service!
