Very Disappointing Refund Experience After Years of Trust
I have been a regular customer of Flightcatchers for several years and usually travel at least three times per year. I have always booked my flights through them and did not have any major issues until March this year.
I paid over £2,400 for three passengers to travel to Sri Lanka, but unfortunately the flights were cancelled due to the Middle East situation. Flightcatchers advised me that my refund would be released within six weeks. However, four months have now passed, and I still have not received my money.
Each time I contacted Flightcatchers, I was told that they were waiting for the airline to release the funds. However, after contacting the airline directly, I was informed that the refund had already been released to Flightcatchers months ago. This has made me lose trust in the company, as it now appears that they have been holding my money.
Even as a regular customer, I do not feel that my case has been handled properly or fairly. I contacted them again this morning, and I was simply told that my refund is still in their refund department queue due to a high volume of cases. After waiting four months, this response is very disappointing.
I understand that refunds can sometimes take time, but keeping a customer’s money for this long, especially after the airline has already released it, is not acceptable. I am extremely disappointed with the way this has been handled and would expect Flightcatchers to process my refund immediately.

It was the cheapest of all flights, no extra charge, no cold calls
It was the cheapest of all flights, read the trustpilots, all good and paid for the tickets by credit card. In the next few hours, I got the e tickets and plane reference of the airline website to fill in my api, check the tickets, so it was all good and real. No calls to pay extra. I got here but google and the sites gave me a pricey ticket, so do hunt around for websites to find websites as the main airlines sites cost more.

Disgusting service, they ask you open Revolut accounts to pay refunds due to you? Be careful as I lost £300 via their website phone number which they claim isn’t theirs ? Flight scammers!!!

Great customer service costs nothing - poor customer service costs everything
Having booked my flight to New York this morning, I discovered a family issue made the booking dates difficult to meet - 4 hours later, I tried to cancel, with the idea of booking the same trip, but returning one day earlier. I was told that there would be a £250 cancellation fee - this is a disgraceful and inexcusable rule - I asked to speak with a director of the business - I was told 'directors don't speak to customers' - I was following up on an opportunity to book a hotel through Flightcatchers - but now this will not happen - this is year 2026 - without customers there are no businesses - great customer service costs nothing, bad customer services costs everything -
