Never Go to this company

Never Go to this company, Never book any COVID Test with them.


NO PHONE NUMBER TO CALL & DISCUSS.
ONLINE CHAT IS NOT WORKING

Manager at London city airport was very rude
When I asked him about delay of my result Insted of apology he was advising me to book Rapid PCR test with them and pay more money.
I said to him your staff Confirmed me that I will get my PCR results after 24 hours end of the day. I didn't receive my result until midnight.

After 34 hours They have sent me email at midnight 00.36 saying that we are not able to give PCR result until Afternoon 23/12/2021. My flight was in the morning of 23/12/2021 8.00am and I had to cancel my flight & pay more money to buy new ticket.

Please think before you book any COVID test with COLLINSON.
