Useless!!
We used Flight Catchers because we have a 19-month-old and needed to book a long-haul flight.
We wanted to book a separate seat so we had the space and were told this was not possible, but that we would be allocated the seats with a bassinet, which has the extra leg room because she would sit/sleep in front of us.
So, we agree. 10 minutes later, we got a call from the seat allocation department asking us to book our seats. To which we explained we were told we would get a bassinet seat, and we can't pick because there are 3 of us.
£280 per person is what they want to charge us for these seats, sat separately, or £150 each for 2 seats together. But no seat for the toddler.
£560 as an add-on, for something we were told was included.
The whole call centre is also indian, i have nothing against that, but combined with the shocking voip phone signal that kept breaking up, they are almost impossible to deal with over the phone.
We are now having to deal with the airline directly to try and resolve the issue.

Scammers - teenager stranded alone in Thailand
Absolute scammers. My teenage son booked from this company and has been left stranded in Thailand ALONE with no return flight due to both their error and refusal to rectify.
He was initially denied boarding by Etihad due to a passport issue - which was later resolved.
Despite contacting these cowboys right away they failed to follow an industry standard correct process which meant Etihad could have booked him on the next available flight. But due Flightcatchers not contacting Etihad in the required timeframe to liaise over this, this did not happen he had to purchase a brand new outbound flight.
They also did not follow the correct procedure as verified by the airline his return flight has been AUTO CANCELLED which he only found out by accident. NO COMMUNICATION from flightcatchers.
Etihad categorically state the failure and responsibility lies with Flightcatchers and they have failed to follow procedure which could have prevented all of the above happening.
When trying to get assistance we have been told:
'Our only job is to sell you a ticket - and that's what we did'. So do keep that in mind if thinking of booking with this shady company.
They are refusing to take our calls or return our emails.
We've now had to fork out for a return flight and raise a claim with the CAA - which takes 8 weeks. But also the GDS who grant their ticketing rights.
We have also contacted the media and have started legal proceedings.
I also suggest carefully reviewing the '5 star reviews' of this company which appear fake. Pay more attention to the 1 star reviews and very obvious differences in the type of customer. I've personally dealt with some of the names being supposedly called out for 'amazing service' and can categorically say the most rude staff I have ever encountered...

We would like to respectfully clarify that Flightcatchers did not deny boarding or cancel the return flight. Decisions relating to passenger acceptance for travel, including whether a travel document is considered acceptable for carriage, are made solely by the operating airline in accordance with its Conditions of Carriage, applicable immigration requirements, and industry-standard aviation procedures.
Where an airline determines that a passport is damaged or otherwise unsuitable for travel, it may refuse carriage. Flightcatchers has no authority to override or influence such operational decisions made by the airline or airport staff.
Following the passenger's failure to travel on the original outbound sector, the remaining flight coupons were cancelled in accordance with the airline's ticketing rules and fare conditions. Flightcatchers does not have the authority to prevent, reverse, or override these automated airline processes, nor do we have the ability to resell unused flight sectors.
We also categorically reject the suggestion that our customer reviews are fabricated. Reviews published on independent platforms are subject to their own moderation and verification procedures.
