My experience was fantastic! From the ease of scheduling my first appointment to have the labs sent to get my blood work done to getting my prescription sent to my local pharmacy and an online pharmacy the same day and the next day! My nurse practitioner was thoughtful, understanding, kind and relatable. She went over everything with me and was very thorough. The following day I sent a message with a question and she responded within hours. Everything has been perfect! Totally exceeded my expectations! I can’t believe I waited so long to do this!

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Mann at Midi Health. She took the time to listen to my concerns, answered all of my questions, and made me feel heard and supported. I never felt rushed, and I left my appointment with a clear treatment plan and confidence that I was receiving knowledgeable, compassionate care. Getting a prescription renewal and refill has become exhausting. I communicate with provider through AthenaHaealth and purchase prescription through Midi Health. Estradiol and progesterone has not been an issue but testosterone cream has been an exhaustive back and forth and at this point with no resolution. Appt for renewal at the beginning of June. Mid July and no prescription. 3 more days of back forth through messaging with a different person each time. And there’s no discernible phone number to call for more immediate resolution. I’m done. Time to old school it and find a local provider.

I think Midi has a bot that responds to these reviews. No one from Midi has actually reached out to me. Most of the responses you see to the reviews in Trust Pilot look auto generated.

Absolutely HORRIBLE experience.

Beware! Do not trust the “real time” insurance check. It will tell you they’re in network. Midi will choose to notify you via email slightly before your appointment to tell you you’re actually out of network and will bill you $250. Absolute garbage customer service and shady business practice.

It was easy to schedule an initial video call with a healthcare professional. My issue came when they asked what your top 3 symptoms were. Not all symptoms, just the worst at that time. They didn't review all my symptoms, didn't ask questions about any additional symptoms and just suggested supplements other items they sell. They told me I was to young to have perimenopausal symptoms. Slapped a Band-Aid on two symptoms and suggested a bunch of supplements they sell. Very disappointed. Their ads make you think that they will listen to you, to all your symptoms. Even is the diagnosis is the same.

Felt unheard, the provider did not listen to a word I said and I had to repeat things to her over and over. The appointment was a waste of time and money.

My experience with Midi Health was decent but not exceptional. Booking an appointment was easy, and the provider was friendly and professional. However, I felt the consultation was a bit rushed, and I would have appreciated more personalized guidance and follow-up. The platform is convenient, but communication after the appointment could be improved. Overall, it's a reasonable service, but there is definitely room for improvement

Had some concerns about my current medication. My gynecologist was not listening to me. After my gynecologist appointment that left me, unsatisfied and unheard. I made my appointment with Midi Health right after that appointment. Since I’ve been seeing them. I’m social media for sometime and had an appointment for the following day. The Doctor answered all my questions and concerns and my doubts she is awesome. I recommend 100% and will not change.

Midi has the most up to date perimenopause and menopause care available. The care I received here has been life changing. Allowing me to return to work and have a new lease on life from simple treatments that all doctors should know but they don’t. They took years of medical issues and misdiagnosis and just fixed it by seeing it was perimenopause. Do not wait to schedule an appointment. Do it now. I’ve been with MIDI for three years.

My clinician, Bernadette, was easy to talk to and I felt like she really listened. She's giving me great information and I finally feel like I'm making progress. I've been looking for answers for more than 2 years and Bernadette has been more helpful than anyone else.

It's really hard to get in and talk to your PCP. Even when you do such specialties seem to evade them. MIDI has made one of the most complicated seasons for women become easier to navigate and I am grateful!

I haven’t had medical care this thoughtful in a long long time. When I was with One Medical, they put me on Zoloft for menopause. With Midi, the clinician listens, creates a test and learn plan with me as a partner, and I finally have a holistic view of my health and plan to improve it. For the first time in decades I feel like I’m finally getting somewhere with medical care.

I found MIDI through social media. When I heard testimonials from various women about their struggles with peri-menopause, I said “that’s me!” When I went to my own physicians over the years I was always told, “this is a normal part of aging, this is perimenopause,” and “I hear this from women all day everyday.” But no one ever gave me a solution. I’d leave my doctor in tears. My clinician at MIDI listened to me and immediately prescribed me progesterone and an estrogen patch and within a week my world changed. I felt happy, sexy, my libido was back and I started to feel normal again. Idk why I let my doctors allow me to think that this was just life and something I had to push through when I didn’t. I’m so thankful for MIDI.

I have asked my current
GYN for years for help with my perimenopause symptoms, but everything was brushed aside as a normal part of aging and a feeling as if I just need to get through this stage of life. After years of frustrating and worsening symptoms of hormonal changes and no sympathy or even expertise from my GYN, I sought help from Midi health after searching for hormonal specialists on google and finding them . I just had my first visit and left the televisit feeling more seen and heard by my new clinician than I have with the GYN I have seen for over 18 years. I am excited about
tackling my issues together with my new midi health provider and not feeling so alone.

So easy to schedule an appointment. Good luck actually getting them to do the insurance authorization in a timely manner. First basic prescription? Took 3 months. I didn't like how the product made me feel. Stopped using it and told my provider about it. Made a new appt. Got a new prescription. Lo and behold, still waiting 2 months for that to go through. What's the point of them if they can't give you what you need? Their messages always say that YOU need to follow up with them if nothing has happened after 10 days. New prescription has been denied. That took 2 months. Absolutely ridiculous! And in the meantime I keep getting requests from them to make new appts. For what?! So I can NOT get prescriptions because they can't be bothered to do their job? Hate this company!!!

My experience with Midi Health was awesome! I wasn’t sure what to expect since I found them advertised on Facebook. I had used another company that was more expensive, did not take insurance, and I never even spoke with a live person. I am so glad I switched! Valerie was very knowledgeable and explained everything and made sure I understood it. She came up with a prescription plan for me and will be checking back with me in a month. I have received several follow up messages and there are notes from my appointment that I am able to review. Everything we talked about and went over was there! I am really happy with my experience at Midi Health!

My provider listened. She let me repeat my concerns and let me be transparent about my delay with starting my HRT from our first visit in May. Very patient. After many years suffering through my perimenopause and recently, the last few years of menopause, it is good to be heard.

I am thankful I contacted MIDI. They made getting help with my health easy and efficient.

I was interested in learning more about HRT but leery of virtual appointments. After a horrible in-person experience with a different practice, I signed up for an initial consultation with Midi and I could not be more pleased. Jennifer put me completely at ease and went above and beyond by referring me for a mammogram near me - an appointment I had been putting off. I am very happy with my experience and will refer every woman I know to Midi.
