Totally unacceptable service. I received my first 3-month supply of weight-loss injection meds. They were somewhat effective, but when it was time to reorder, TrimRx was nowhere to be found. No responses to multiple emails and texts. No order shipment either. I'm left hanging high and dry. I cancelled my subscription out of complete frustration. After their apology eventually came (without explanation for a reason), they are going to charge me an $88 cancellation fee. I'm furious and kicking myself for not giving more credence to the bad reviews that were already online from similarly treated customers. Stay away from this company!!

I prepaid for a 6 month supply of semaglutide because they had the best price for it at the time and it fit into my budget. My first 3 month supply arrived without an issue. My second 3 month supply was approved on July 10, 2026. In July 22, 2026 I still hadn't received my medication or any info as to when it was going to ship. I have sent 3 emails and made 3 phone calls before finally speaking to a rep who told me that she sent a message to the pharmacy but they hadn't gotten back yet with a date. I still have no info as to when they actually are planning to send out my last shipment. Which,after this, will be my last shipment with this company. I plan on taking my business elsewhere. After this review, my next step is filing a complaint with the Consumer Protection Agency and the Attorney General's office of New York. If I still get no results I'm going to cancel payment in the last 3 months because this medication is too expensive to just be ignored. While the agent I spoke to was polite the customer service there is terrible. Everytime you call you get a message that there's 10 people a head of you in the queue. On one call, I chose to have a call back and when they called me back I got a message stating they were busy and to leave a message! I thought the whole point of the call back was someone was supposed to be on the line to speak to!!

I never approved the treatment and they charged me for an entire year's plan without my consent. I have been trying to contact them for OVER A WEEK. No one answers the phone, no one has answered my emails or messages. And now they've shipped it even though I've been trying to cancel it prior to that happeneing.

Do not use them. They are extremely unresponsive and I'm not even convinced they have a customer service department. They just take your money and pretend you don't exist.

Horrible company. I have been waiting for my refund since 6/8/26 for 3 months of medications I paid for and never received. They dont answer phone, email, or messages in portal. I am owed over 750 and cant reach anyone. It's been over 6 weeks since they agreed to refund me for the missing 3 months. No way to reach anyone to get help. Next they will come comment on my review pretending to help but never do.

I have called left messages and never get a response.I have an email from their staff saying they were charging me $1488.00 for a six month suppl. I was charged 1998.00 and can not get a refund or response from the company. I will cancel after my next supply comes and never deal with this company again even if I have to cancel my credit card which is the way they are changing me. They need to realize that com they are not the only company out there offering this service . They have definitely lost a customer. The customer service is the worst I have even experienced. Absolutely horrible customer service. You have no support should you run into a problem. Forget it if you want a call back and also forget it if you plan on communicating via email within the portal. I did not feel good at all and wanted to talk to one of the providers. Nope, that never happened either. Save yourself the aggravation and just have your primary care physician order it for you. I once received help when I called. Yes, someone finally answered and listened. He sent me an email stating that they would refund me because of the poor service. I got it in writing as well. The refund never reached my bank. I called again and spoke with this rude female named Faith. She stated that I would not get a refund. It is a sham.

Horrible experiences. Run. Bait and twitch on already higher than competitors pricing. Rude and uncaring customer service reps. Lies upon lies. They’ll charge your card (as early as 14 days) and try to send products early at a higher rate than agreed (before you leave or suspend subscription) and refuse to give refund even if prescription hasn’t gone to their pharmacy and product hasn’t shipped. I’ve been talking to TrimRx for about two weeks trying to get it corrected. I’m fighting for a refund… too much to explain. Save yourself the headaches and checkout Forbes Top Ten GLP-1 tele-health companies. All top ten companies ratings are above 9.4/10.0 and some cost half the price as TrimRx. TrimRx rating is 3.4/5.0 on Trustpilot. Do the math plus add another 14% from a company with questionable customer service and less than top of the line reviews.

Tried to cancel right after ordering
Tried to cancel right after ordering, requests were ignored. Disputed order but just notified it shipped more than 6 days after requesting to cancel.
Emails are ignored and calls have long hold times and eventually disconnect.
No customer service at all.
Sent a message to the Dr and can see it displayed on my profile, but not responded to.
I would not recommended this company at all especially if you intend to use this product long term.
After shipping an email states from TrimRx states:

“A quick note

If anything looks off with your shipment, reply to this email within 48 hours and we'll make it right.”

Still no response.

I now have to pay over a $1000 for an order I cancelled and cannot use.

I ordered my medicine four days ago for a special price. I then found out they were going to charge me every month afterward at a higher price. I wanted to cancel the second shipment...to see how the first dose worked for me. There is NO PLACE on line to cancel, they have not responded to emails or texts, and there is NEVER a live person on their customer service line. I believe this company is a complete scam. The only way that I am going to avoid being charge again in August is to cancel my bank card completely and start over. Do not buy from them.

Trust me: DO NOT USE THE COMPANY. TRIMRX for your weight loss meds!!! My order was approved on July 15 and it is July 22 and it’s still “waiting to be filled by the pharmacy”. They THINK they billed me for a year’s worth. Only problem is is that I CANCELLED my debit card that I used for billing so they’re the ones that are getting duped- not me. They have no customer service. Zero. This is a VACANT WEB SITE PEOPLE!!!!!!!

I received two shipments and then nothing. No response, no number to call (goes to voicemail). I do not believe any people actually work here. It is a scam and they take your money. I am stuck making payments and no products delivered.

I am having a reaction to the shots. I entered a message to the doctors 48 hours ago but still have had no response. This is not acceptable. Perhaps I can get a response this way!

This company is a scam. I was told I could purchase a 6-month bundle of Semaglutide for $870 or $145 per month back in June. I agreed to the pricing yet I received the June shipment for only one month at $299. I called to inquire and was told there was a “timing difference “ and that the 6-month offer would start in July. One July 8th, my account was debited for another $299. I immediately called TrimRx and was given a big song and dance even though I had communications in my patient portal confirming the $870 price. I asked for my subscription to be cancelled and for a refund of the July pymt. My subscription was cancelled however I have not been refunded my money and the July shipment was never received. That was two weeks ago.

Stay way from this company!!! Repeat. Stay away from TrimRx fraudsters.

There are plenty of other reputable companies doing the same thing. In fact I am now using WellMe and got a year of the same prescription for $88 per month.

Everything was going great until my very first order showed up 4 days late. Vials were warm and liquid was visibly cloudy.
Reached out to trim rx and was advised that it was still good and safe to use unless i wasnt comfortable and then they would get me taken care of. After doing research and finding that if medication arrives cloudy that it usually means baterial growth and NOT TO USE! I responded to them with a screenshot of this notice and letting them know that I was not comfortable with taking that medication and that i would like my order to be replaced and if they send a shipping label that I would gladly return the cloudy received vials. They have basically ghosted me at this point. Today is day 3 with no response to my many messages over these 3 days. Be VERY Cautious as I dont belive they can be trusted.

My very first order payment was deducted out of account on July 7. It is now July 22nd and I have not received my order. Two call we responded with an apology and a commitment to expedite the order. I am still waiting. Being concerned that TrimRX would take more from my account before I even receive my first shipment and after reading reviews (I should have researched before joining) I decided to cancel my membership. However, I am still waiting for the first order PAID for.

I signed up and requested pills, stating I did NOT want injections. Trim RX proceeded to prescribe injections for 3 months yet took out a year’s worth of payments ($2638!!!). I contacted them immediately on April 13 via emails, patient portal, and voicemails. It is now 3+months later and I still do NOT have any product NOR a refund! Customer service AND billing department are horrific!!! Do not order from this company!!!

My first 2 shipment s were spot on. Then the 3rd was wrong dosage, which TrimRX confirmed it being wrong. I asked for some financial compensation and got nothing. Next script was approved with correct dosage, but has been sitting at pharmacy since beginning of July. My credit card was charged for script on July 5th and I cannot get anyone to respond to when I will receive my new dosage or when I might see compensation for wrong script for June...ugh!!!!

I have felt very sick for 3 days after each injection. I have not lost a single pound and have taken the medication for 6 weeks. I have repeatedly asked to speak with someone to make sure I am doing this correctly with no response. The only time I did get someone to engage with me is the day before they want to charge for a new 3 month supply of medication. Which I said I did not want until I spoke with their doctor. They said someone would call, then ended text and charged my card and sent another supply. I also get harassing text about becoming a lifetime member with the discount. Each text gets more aggressive if you do not respond. I certainly don’t feel like I’m working with the physician and I’m having a difficult time canceling.

DO NOT GO THROUGH THIS CMPANY!!!!The worst Company! I went on their website to check out information and prices. I was rushed into putting my card number in to see if I would qualify for a 1 month supply at a discount price $149 and as soon as I put my card number in they instantly took $801 out of my account!!!! They even had a disclaimer that no funds would be taken out unless you spoke with a Doctor and made the decision to buy after the Doctor approved you. When I finally reached someone on the phone they were awful and would not give me a refund! I NEVER EVEN WANTED 3 months!!!!!!! DO NOT GO THROUGH THIS COMPANY! I have not received a refund and to be clear I did not receive product because I told them I didn't want it and they stated they were going to charge a $88 cancellation fee! This happened over a couple weeks ago and still no refund!!!!

Do not go with Trimrx!! They charged my bank account more money then agreed upon with customer service both in message and over a phone call with customer service. Also I left several messages with no response back. Dishonest company! Will be calling and waiting again on hold to cancel my subscription asap. DO NOT TRUST WHAT THEY TELL YOU!!
