I’m still new to this so I don’t have much more to add.

Finally sent the glp1 but only 1/2 of it. The other medication i was supposed to get 1 month ago. This company is very unorganized and what they say is not true. Stay away from these people.

I had a question on an evening about my medication possibility of being bad or even harmful & if I should even take med or not. Nobody had an answer or solution! I was told medication was most likely to be safe, but may not be as effective. They guaranteed someone would call within 24-48 hours. The med had sat in 90 degree weather for several hours. I know I'm not the first person this has happened to & an answer should have been immediately available. I waited for someone from Embody to call or email me, but nothing. I was unable to call back during business hours. Other than this 1 issue, I am very pleased with Embody and my service with them.

I am very pleased with the support and help I received from the on call nurse. My questions were answered and explained to me in detail.

I have had trouble getting medications on time. Account manager has been unable to help get medications on time and seems to not be able to solve problems. Apparently a "technical glitch" deleted my NAD+ rx and i've been waiting for 21 days for refill only to be told I dont have a rx.

I’ve had a very good experience working with Embody! My assigned account manager Jon has provided great assistance, answered all my questions and insured that my weight loss journey was moving forward as planned.

I just got my first order and there is no medicine in it. I called and they have been helpful so far I emailed them and they said I was on the three month program when I’m actually on a year program I hope I don’t have problems.

The ONLY reason I am giving 5 Stars ⭐️ is for my Account Manager, Percy Tomboc. I had a nightmare experience with Embody and ended leaving the company due to serious negligence of them and the pharmacy they use. Percy Tomboc tried to get things taken care of but his “higher-ups” refused to make the necessary changes for me to continue care with Embody. I do NOT recommend Embody, but I do recommend Percy Tomboc as an Account Manager.

This has been a very easy and great experience. I would recommend Embody to anyone.

Absolute horrible customer service. Was charge a large amount without a reminder. Messaged prior to order being fulfilled and was told sorry we cannot refund you due to our policy. No attempt to try to resolve. DO NOT USE THEM.

I can’t get any answers! I called the company and changed my address on the phone and 3 times i changed it on the portal. 10 days after I changed it, they sent my medication to the old address across the country from me. I have called 5 times and have written several emails. I just keep getting told that they’re working on it! I have been without the medication for 8 days and I’m so frustrated. I don’t understand why they just won’t send me a replacement. I’m getting no answers. I guess I will change companies and file a claim with my credit card to not be charged.

Order is on time. My prescription comes in awesome packaging that keeps my medication cold and safe and so far it’s working great
