Easy to work with replied to me quickly and got me started on my plan again thank you for making it easy

Their GLP products, which needed refrigeration, arrived to me with the cold pack completely thawed on one of the hottest days of June in FL! The injectable product itself was warm, and took 3 days to arrive from within the same state. They absolutely refused to replace the GLP injectable, and spouted some spiel about that it's still effective, blah, blah, blah. The written information about GLP says otherwise. Well I have been using this as directed, and there is absolutely NO EFFECT towards hunger reduction or weigh loss. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. There are many others that can supply this same product, without needing to worry about potency. Took me several emails to actually get them to cancel my subscription too.

Any issue I had has been resolved quickly - the people at Wellmedr are receptive, they "hear" me and they address any and all questions I have. Mercy, one of the supervisors, is fantastic!! Great company to deal with!

I was helped by Nicole with a problem in my patient portal and she was amazing, she was able to calm me down and fix my problem in just couple minutes.

I called to inquire about myself. I had purchased Tirzepatide in May(2026). Was not aware I needed to make a portal for myself so that I could be in contact with you.(Your company did send email shortly after I purchased, but I did not recognize email & that it was you)
The operator named Linnea Haworth was extremely polite & helpful, in addition to being very very patient while she was walking me thru the steps needed to create a portal. She also was informative in questions I had. I was so appreciative!! Also I could completely understand the dialect in our conversation between her & me which is extremely important. With an added note, THANK YOU for being accessable by way of phone. For me, it got resolved in a way that "talking live" has a way of better understanding with each other.

I called to get instructions on taking the shot. The customer service woman had patience and talked me through the process.

There were a lot of miscommunication issues and delays in necessary important matters, Autumn happened to call me back and was very successful in calming me. I admit I was very upset and she listened to my concerns. She not only straight in my situation out but also managed to intervene on my behalf to fix my problem. She's an asset to this company!

I called to hold my next shipment & charges until 8/14 and I received communication from Wellmedr saying my order has been placed today and I was charged today 7/22. Please review my account record and reply asap or call me 702-217-3327

Received a call from Wellmedr within a few hours. Robin changed the charges to reflect my initial request. I am very happy with their service!

Nina answered me right away and forwarded myy billing issue to the billing dept and kept me in the loop!
