First service plan today and really disappointed with the lack of pride taken and failure to complete simple jobs.

Having answered all the booking questions, they still failed to replace a defective plate. I also kindly asked if they could clean it inside and out so it felt like new again, as it’s only a one year old car.

No plate replaced, barely washed, wheels still dirty and the inside not touched. It’s really poor when you spend a considerable amount of money and are sold the dream of exemplary service standards, but the reality is that nobody seems to care nor take pride in their work.

I now need to go back and may as well take it somewhere else to be cleaned and valeted properly.

A really dissapointing experience having bought two cars from the dealership.

Once again, Doug Brady hifi, Miguel and the team have absolutely delivered. The new Technics SL-1200G running through the V10 into the Hegel H400 and AE Corinium is simply spot on. The Hana SL MkII was an amazing choice the clarity, depth and musicality are just spot on. Huge thanks again, gents, for such a brilliant and truly great service. See you soon for more toys :)

I needed to match some furniture that I had originally purchased back in 2015. FP Online matched the furniture and went above and beyond to ensure that the handles matched also.

Great prices and really helpful when I encountered an issue.

The process to arrange repair was quick and straightforward. Windscreen was replaced but the damaged wiper was not despite been caused by the windscreen crack.

I had to take the car away with damaged wiper (not replaced) and was told this was not part of the job.

New Drayton Wiser item didn't arrive and then received an email stating that the order had been completed. Had to get plumber back for an extra day which incurred more cost on my part as I didn't have all the parts to complete the job the same day.

Emailed orders@ to advise not received and no response.

Phoned up spoke to Faye who was great and since sorted and I have received the item.

Purchased paint from G&B several times now but very disappointed this time round.

Paid a not cheap £40+ for 2.5l of Dungarees. Lovely colour but the tin was poorly mixed. I had to stir the deep blue dye for 10 minutes + to get an even mix. Not very good considering the cost. It clearly was not mixed correctly when produced or had been sitting for far too long prior to despatch.

Purchased an Etesia Pro - wow ! what a mower.

Not surprised Costco have poor review.

Purchased item incorrect address populated - spoke to Customer Service at length who told me that item would have to be cancelled and to order another online (they cant update delivery address)

Ordered a replacement but now have paid for two items because Customer Service did not cancel in time despite having 5 days to sort it out.

Very frustrated, wasted countless time on the chat and phone for nothing.

Wish I had purchased elsewhere.

I needed a temporary new mower as my Honda is in lockdown elsewhere. Purchased a Stihl push mower as best price on the web.

Mower arrived damaged apparantly Stihl packaging is rubbish and the wheel mounts had snapped. It must have been dropped as the oil was also leaking all over the packaging also.

I contacted FR Jones and they couldnt have been more helpful and supplied replacement parts next day. Very knowledgable and not really their fault the courier must have dropped the item during transit.

I have used TOD about six times now but getting concerned that service is slipping and not what it was a few years back.

My last fitting the fitter failed to collect the tyres and TOD had to move my booking date; it was the last job of the day and was told this after 6pm. Likely the fitter couldn't be bothered attending !

This time tyres changed but the valve not tightended fully (it was leaking) and I had to take down to a local Halfords who tightened it up. There were no advisories from TOD but the Chester Halfords advised that the valve needed replacing - unfortunately my experience of Halfords Chester also is not the best.

There seems to be a lack these days of people taking pride in what they do.

I had a slight problem with the DPD delivery being delayed but communication was excellent from Powerhouse.

Would highly recommend for quality products and service.

I love TOD and this is the fourth time I have used them. Its only a little extra cost to have a professional fitter that takes care, is polite and efficient. Gone are the days of spending hours in freezing cold garages with tyre fitters that just dont care, overtighten your wheel nuts and have a bad attitude.

Keep up the great work and dont let prices creep up as this is what makes it a great service.
