A faultless experience with this company for my first order from them (a Honda strimmer head assembly). A genuine Honda part, a fair but competitive price, fast despatch & delivery & arrived in perfect condition via Royal Mail. I had a few questions over the phone prior to ordering online & the answers I received couldn't have been clearer or more concise. Not yet installed but kept in reserve for when the crack in the bottom cover becomes terminal, probably during its next outing.

The item was sold at a very good price arrived on time as promised well packed and as described, would definitely buy from garden machinery direct again.

Garden Machinery Direct stock an extensive range of top quality equipment for residential and commercial customers. On this occasion, I purchased a powerful Ego Chainsaw (CSX5000) & the new Ego Max Plus 8 AH battery. (Thankfully, my mother found another three trees for me to fell.) I am delighted with these products as well as the service provided. I chose to collect them (rather than have them delivered to my door) from their parent company, namely the beautifully equipped Ron Smith showroom in Hereford. It was the perfect excuse for me because, when you step inside, you just want to buy everything. I highly recommend them.

Just had robotic lawn mowers installed from DMP Garden Machinery and found the experience with them faultless from start to finish. Our property is large which required 2 Husqvarna mowers to cover the 10 lawn areas around our gardens. David and Zoe were both experienced and very professional from start to finish. We now have a perfect system where both robot mowers cover our lawn areas and the Husqvarna app allows us flexibility to adjust mowing uptimes if required. My order was taking a lot longer to get here than advised.
I rang and left a message and no one got back to me.
I rang a few days later and spoke to someone who looked on the system and told me it was showing as going out a week ago. They then saw something told me they would ring me back in half an hour and never did. However that same day I got a flurry of emails telling me itched been dispatched. It looks like it had been got ready and left to one side over a week before. No one ever called me after.
Shame as price was fair, just the lack of customer care. I know things go wrong, just keep the customer in the loop.
