I never got an email order…
I never got an email order acknowledgment for the online order. When I went to collect it the young lady in the shop wasn’t very helpful. I asked about a further item and it was all too much trouble for her😞. I came home and ordered on line again to be sent to a locker box, but no acknowledgment has been sent?

I am continually very disappointed in…
I am continually very disappointed in this company. Refusing to repair or replace any of my broken charms or bracelet. Refusing to give money back for a birthday gift purchased. And customer service won’t offer discounts to heal the situation in any way. If you want a return honored, repair of broken items, or a refund offered— Choose a different company. Will not be shopping here ever again.
