Loving the jewellery it definitely lives up to the hype! I’m also really enjoying the mystery box subscription. The only downside is that it never seems to arrive quickly enough because I’m always so excited to see what’s inside. 😊

Loving the subscription option from Atolea. I can get new silver jewelry each month and every piece has been something I keep wearing over and over as soon as I get them. The quality is great, the prices are reasonable and the jewelry is beautiful.

I was very disappointed with how Atolea handled my return.
My husband gave me several pieces of Atolea jewelry for Christmas, but I wanted to exchange them for styles that suited my taste a little better. I reached out to customer service by email, hoping they could help, but they were unwilling to offer any flexibility.

While Atolea provides store credit for returns, I was surprised to discover that store credit cannot be combined with the discount codes that are regularly available on their website. This makes very little sense to me. Store credit is essentially your own money that you've already spent with the company, so preventing customers from using it alongside current promotions feels unfair and significantly reduces its value.

The jewelry itself is nice, but the return process and customer service left me feeling frustrated. Unfortunately, this experience has made me hesitant to purchase from Atolea again.

Love! First ordered about a year ago and after many beach vacations, showers and pools the jewelry still looks stunning! Now I have about 30 pieces and love adding to my collection!

So far so good. Jewelry has been great. Shipping is slow but understandable since it seems to be international.

I’ve made multiples purchases through Atolea and the transparency and communication from moment of purchase to delivery is top notch. The products are as described with incredible durability and quality. Atolea has an amazing catalogue that is constantly updated with beautiful pieces!

Love this jewellery! Wore it for weeks before and during a holiday. No change in colour, no tarnish, just looked gorgeous. Ordered the rainbow choker and a ring in gold. Like them so much I’ve ordered them in silver too!! Info from the seller is excellent, delivery is tracked at every step. Will order more!

Terrible customer service. Refused to honor their buy 2 get 2 offer. “Gold” jewelry looks cheap and brass. Total scam.

The jewelry looks great and fits as described. The designs are unique and allow you to express your style. I did get two of the mini pearl bracelets and the one I wore daily the gold has changed colour compared to the one I have not
worn yet, but it still looks okay.
